After verifying your identity, we will begin processing your request. Depending on the type of request, this may involve locating your personal data, reviewing it for accuracy, or preparing it for deletion or transfer.

Limitations on Data Requests

While we strive to honor all data requests, there are certain limitations and exceptions based on legal or operational requirements:

  • Legal Obligations: We may be required to retain certain personal data for legal or compliance reasons, even if you request its deletion. For example, records related to payments or transactions may be kept for financial reporting or regulatory purposes.
  • Abuse of Requests: If a data request is deemed to be excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded (e.g., a request made without a legitimate purpose), we reserve the right to refuse the request. In such cases, we will provide an explanation for the refusal.
  • Technical Feasibility: Data portability requests will only be granted when technically feasible. For example, if the data format is incompatible with the platform to which you wish to transfer your data, we may be unable to fulfill the request.
